The project is located in the city of Al-Khoms in the coast area, directly on the beach near the ancient Roman villa of Sealine.

Project specifications:

The project is built on a total area of 5200 square meters and consists of 8 integrated units with areas ranging from 220 square meters to 270 square meters and a total covered area of 170 square meters on two floors.

The project also provides all services, including a cafeteria that covers the needs of visitors, a generator, water tanks and garbage collection places. It also provides site cleaning services, caring for the units’ gardens, and providing guard and security.
